Children and families arriving at the U.S. border to ask for protection is not new and is not unexpected. But this year we have seen a large increase in children arriving at the U.S.-Mexico border.

Children with legal representation are 5X more likely to gain U.S. protection. Children with access to culturally sensitive social and language services are more likely to thrive.

And this is why Ayuda’s work is so critical.

This summer YOU have the unique opportunity to help fundraise for Ayuda and help immigrant children access the holistic services they need.

“ I want to take the time to thank each of you for the help and support that you have provided to me and my family during the hardest time of our life. I came to Ayuda nine months ago, lost, hurt, desperate and you guys helped me, comforted me, hugged me. I felt like I had a family standing beside me. You gave me back hope and strength to fight for my kids and put back a smile on my face.
